AT&T Midwest Bargaining #13

Without a doubt, the Company only has interest in bargaining over THEIR issues and continues to marginalize and disregard each proposal the committee presents.

So, here’s the real deal.  Each member has something to lose with every Company proposal passed across the table.  From increased healthcare costs, deterioration of benefits, expanded duties, less employment security, and the list goes on and on…

The bargaining team is requesting locals to immediately step up their mobilization.  Strike authorization results need to be into the District office by Monday and all local preparations need to be squared away.

It’s going to take a fight to strike a deal this go ‘round!
