AT&T Mobility Orange Contract 2017 Bargaining: #24

Bargaining resumed today and once again the dialogue was productive. We are still very far apart, but we continue to move forward. The Union passed a counter proposal strengthening the Force Adjustment language and increasing severance pay. We also made it crystal clear to the Company that we expect a fair benefits package that treats current employees and new hires the same.

The Company passed a counter proposal for our Letter of Agreement 1- Personnel Files proposal that addresses some of the Union’s concerns but it still needs work. The Bargaining Team is encouraged by the movement that has occurred over the last several days. However, mobilization is critical to show the Company that we are committed to getting a fair and equitable contract.

Stay Strong Sisters and Brothers!!
