CWA’s Human Rights Biennial Conference will be held in New Orleans, Louisiana, from August 12-15, 2018. The innovative program, put together by CWA's National Women's and Civil Rights and Equity Committees will include dynamic workshops such as OUTrage™: A Game to Recognize and Change Abusive Behaviors; Implicit Bias: Understanding and Interrupting the Unconscious; #MeToo and Beyond: Ending Sexual Harassment at Work, In Our Union and In Our Lives; Beyond the Violence: Understanding Where the Culture of Policing is Broken and the Reforms Aimed at Fixing the System and many more.

You’ll want to be a part of the innovating panel discussions that will highlight CWA’s recent organizing & political victories and the current culture of working people’s fight against sexual misconduct in the #MeToo era.
